All the young black and fabulous stars of Hollywood were at this years BET red carpet.  What a splash they made!!! 

I was satisfied and surprised at some of this years look, but above all the red

carpet looks were underwhelming. As a fashionista, I watch the red carpet and anticipate a game changer, my thirst is often met with a cold glass of water. But this red carpet left me feeling untastefully 

dry. 

These are a few looks, that caught my attention but not for long.

I loved Monica (R&B) singer, white gown but I believe she looked over dressed in this sea of moderate looks.

One of my favorite people in Hollywood making her own way, not only does her fashion sense catch my eye on a regular basis, but she is the creator and star of the sitcom, The Mindy project, at just 35 years old she can also add New York Times best selling author to her resume so inspiring!!

One of Mindy many quotes is "If you don't see a clear path for what you want, sometimes you have to make it yourself" this quote is awesome, I think often times in life you think and dream of how your life should be and the route to get there is going to be easy, only to find that the dream may be so far away that you can't even see it, for me when I turn to the almighty God, than I know that everything will be alright. The things you dream  about may not happen when you want them too but it will happen with patience and perseverance. #wardrobestylist

Busy Business Weekend

We have been busy bees this past weekend... Networking, and making connections with local buisness, and entrpanuers looking to build their brand...

Next stop was StyleLuxe,where it was a beauty fashion exfusion.... From make up artist perfectly made up.(Nadine Ford)..

And ... Accessories galore.... This online boutique was GlamTree.com cute items for a great price... 

There were other vendors out as well
