What a wonderus time of year!!! Any fashion lover, fashionista, stylist, designer, and fashion blogger; need and want to make it to NYFW. An invite to watch some of the best shows, introducing the latest fall fashion. NYFW is the beginning of the fashion new year. While all the runaways are full of the best designs; i am always fascinated by the guest of these runway shows.  

The street style during NYFW is inspiring and always makes me want to curl into my fashion bubble and scream with excitement. The women move with purpose as they hit the different shows. 

These are are  just some of my fav fashionista hitting the pavement and looking amazing while doing so...

A NIGHT WITH AMY AT THE MUSEUM OF FASHION...

 

So the ladies of Pardon Our Style, recently had the pleasure of hanging with Amy Winehouse, well not literally, but we had an opportunity to learn about how her fashion sense came to be....

As a fresh artist, she always knew who and what she wanted to represent, but because she was a new , it was very difficult for her unknown stylist to pull clothes, from some of the designers she wanted to wear.

She began wearing items, off the rack, and styling them to her liking! Some of her favorite designers were Betsy Johnson, Diana Von Furstenberg.


We met some amazing people at this event, from the young fresh photographer from Third Dream Media and the owner of Museum of Miami, Keni Valenti. The tribute was beautiful and well deserved, she definitely made a lasting impression, in the music industry and street fashion. Her untimely death was a shock to the world. Her music and rock and roll style will live on forever...

Mastering the basics makeup workshop.

Sunday was filled with wonderful beauty tips and tricks taught by the wonderful and patient Nadine Ford!! One of the best makeup artist that I've meet thus far from start to finish showing the whole process of having a fresh face. Cleansing and exfoliating before you apply your make up!! I am truely a makeup addict, it's finally nice to know what exactly to do with all the products that I own. I really have gained more knowledge so I will definitely be putting it to work!! :-)

FLBloggers Who Brunch

My styling partner, Natea and I, had the pleasure of attending an amazing event hosted by Carmen Renee of SimplyCarmenRenee and Persian Kitty Kat, the founder of SocietyFLBloggers. We were greeted by both ladies, as we anxiously entered this chic office space, designed by Keyworking. 

The atmosphere was filled with high energy and beautiful people. 

The bubbly mimosas were flowing,  beverages were also provided by Onli. Along the swank office were amazing quotes, written against the wall. 

As we made our way through the sea of bloggers, there was a nail bar provided, by Marilyn Monroe Spas, and a pop shop by Fashion Iluastrarions . We spoke to countless women who turned their blogs into a successful business, we were inspired.  

  

There was a panel of speakers that blew my mind, they were honest funny, and informative.
